Head of Al-Aqsa Study Center in Algeria accused PA president Mahmoud Abbas of cooperation with the Israeli occupation forces to silence the Palestinian resistance, and even to form a joined forces to fight against the resistance. Accusations also confirmed by Palestinian leader and the head of the political department in the PLO Farouk Al-Kaddoumi.

But there is a good reason for Abbas to work with the Israelis. Albosala revealed that Israeli head of the “Shin Bet” Yuval Diskin is blackmailing Abbas with scandal videos fo his team, forcing him to cooperate with Israel.

Abbas will not attend the Arab Summit in Libya, after his fall in the bathroom, but the real reason is that Qaddafi will invite leaders of the Palestinian armed faction, as revealed by Al-Watan:

Khaled Mashaal, will lead Hamas delegation, Secretary-General of the Islamic Jihad leader Ramadan Abdullah Shalah, and Ahmad Jibril, Secretary-General of the Popular Front.

The source said that the Libyan president Muammar Qaddafi has decided to invite the leaders of Palestinian factions to attend the Arab summit, noting that the Libyan leadership are convinced that Mahmoud Abbas, President of the Palestinian Authority does not represent all the factions of the Palestinian people.

Qaddafi also met with representatives of the Iraqi resistance, telling them to be proud of the efforts they made to destroy the U.S. agenda in the region, but according to Al-Malaf Press Qadafi invited the 29 persons from the Iraqi resistance to participate in the Summit, among the invited are former Iraqi army commanders, Baath Party and the Islamic Scholars Organization.

The above explains why Egypt is irritated with these invitations and the reason behind Mubarak and the half of the Arab leaders absence. Egyptian newspaper Al-Gomhuria came with this headline “Arab Summit is for Arab countries, not for parties and political movements“.
