U.S. may give Israel Iraq ammo

Last month, Defense News reported that the Pentagon had decided to double the value of emergency military stockpiles it stores in Israel to the value of $800m. Defense officials said that this was a separate move, not connected to the withdrawal from Iraq.

Iraq boots 250 Blackwater employees

Iraq’s ministry of interior ordered late Wednesday the expulsion of 250 employees of U.S. security firm Xe, formerly known as Blackwater, and gave 10 days to other foreign security firms to hand over weapons deemed illicit by the government.
